Spire Liverpool Hospital is seeking an experienced Physiotherapy Manager to lead the Physiotherapy Department on a full-time, permanent basis in Liverpool.

You will drive service development, support a high-performing team and ensure outstanding patient care, working at management level with HCPC registration and an orthopaedic focus. This role includes governance, staffing, budget oversight and collaborative clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in physiotherapy (BSc Hons) and HCPC registration.
• Experience in orthopaedics and diverse patient caseload.
• Proven clinical leadership and team management.
• Ability to develop and implement service improvements.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop the physiotherapy service.
• Manage HR and staffing for the team.
• Develop strategies for service improvement.
• Ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
