Kingston Hospital in London is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Band 6) for the inpatient unit at Teddington Memorial Hospital on a 12-month fixed-term/secondment to cover maternity leave. You will join a multidisciplinary team to manage a caseload and support junior therapists while delivering high-quality, holistic care.

You will collaborate with partner services to optimise community bed usage and participate in ongoing professional development within a supportive NHS trust environment.

Responsabilités

• Based in the inpatient unit at Teddington Memorial Hospital, deliver high quality holistic patient care.
• Carry out assessments for a designated caseload addressing occupational performance and skills.
• Identify and agree treatment goals balancing risk, safety, client choice and independence.
• Establish therapeutic relationships using communication and negotiation in complex cases.
