Elysium Healthcare is hiring a Healthcare Worker at Barnet Lane Clinic in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. You will be part of a specialist Complex Care and Recovery Service (CCRS) supporting adults with complex needs on long-term recovery pathways.

The role involves ward rounds, care planning, and maintaining patient records in a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment. DBS disclosure is required and a positive, resilient attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• Clinical background in treating individuals with autism, complex mental health needs and personality disorder is required.

Responsibilities

• Ward rounds and monitoring patient status.
• Analyse behaviours and adapt care accordingly with colleagues.
• Update patient records and provide overall care and support, including assistance with personal hygiene.
