Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Support Services Manager to lead the facilities and maintenance across Barnet Lane Complex Care and Recovery Service in Elstree. You will work 37.5 hours per week, oversee audits, and coordinate contractors to keep the site safe and compliant.
As part of the Senior Management Team, you will report to the Registered Manager and support catering, housekeeping, and service operations while maintaining strong safety standards and accurate record keeping.

As a Support Services Manager, you will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, where you will be responsible for ensuring the services facilities are fit for purpose, regularly conduct audits to identify and repair any faults. Plan and respond to Planned Preventative Maintenance and emergency calls.
As the Support Services Manager you will be an active member of the Senior Management Team, reporting directly to the Registered Manager, and work alongside an established team.
You will be responsible for all maintenance-related tasks, liaising with contractors to support the upkeep of the service and have a proven background with maintenance in similar industries/healthcare settings.
Barnet Lane’s Complex Care and Recovery Service (CCRS) is a highly specialised, bespoke inpatient adult service designed to support individuals whose needs exceed the scope of traditional inpatient service models.
The service specialises in treating patients who have experienced multiple or prolonged admissions, stalled discharge pathways, or who have been unable to progress within conventional care environments.
