Elysium Healthcare is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist to join Barnet Lane Clinic’s Complex Recovery Service (CRS) in Borehamwood. This 0.6 WTE role offers leadership of a small patient caseload, diagnostic assessments, medication management, and Responsible Clinician duties as needed.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team and contribute to recovery‑oriented treatment plans. Applicants should hold GMC registration with a Specialist Register listing and be prepared for involvement in

Qualifications

• Full GMC registration with licence to practise.
• Entry on the GMC Specialist Register.
• Approved clinician status, or eligibility within an agreed timeframe.
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team with families and external agencies.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical leadership for a small CRS caseload.
• Carry out diagnostic assessments, medication management and Responsible Clinician duties as required.
• Contribute to shared narrative formulations and recovery‑focussed treatment plans.
• Lead or contribute to multidisciplinary reviews, CPA/CTR processes and clinical huddles.
• Support governance, safeguarding and quality improvement initiatives.
