Elysium Healthcare is recruiting a Healthcare Worker for the Barnet Lane Clinic in Borehamwood to support adults with complex needs within a specialist CCRS. You will work as part of a friendly team delivering tailored care to help patients progress toward recovery.

The role involves ward rounds, observing behaviours, updating records and supporting daily living activities in a challenging yet rewarding environment.

Formación

• Clinical background in treating individuals with autism, complex mental health needs and personality disorder.
• Experience in healthcare settings.
• Willingness to work a shift pattern including nights.

Responsabilidades

• Ward rounds and monitoring patients.
• Analyse behaviours and adapt care accordingly.
• Update patient records and provide overall care and support.
• Assist with personal hygiene when required.
