Job summary

Learning Enterprise, the learning and development arm of HCRG Care Group, is recruiting a Senior Trainer to design and deliver blended programmes across health and care specialisms. The role focuses on creating engaging courses to strengthen professionals' skills and improve care outcomes, with curriculum development and new training solutions.

The post is hybrid, based at a local hub with travel, and part-time (30 hours a week).

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Level 4 or higher teaching, training or assessing qualification.
• Current professional registration with a body such as NMC, HCPC, GDC, Social Work or GMC

Responsibilities

• Design, deliver and develop engaging blended learning programmes across health and care specialisms.
• Support curriculum development.
• Contribute to new training solutions and bring innovation to the team's work
