Job summary

Eden Hotel Collection is seeking a Sous Chef to join our Leamington Spa kitchen. You will supervise the kitchen, organise workload and delegate to junior chefs, supporting menu design and deputising for the Head Chef when required.

You should bring professional cookery qualifications (Level 3-4) or proven equivalent, a passion for ethically sourced produce, and strong leadership, timekeeping and teamwork under pressure. We offer development and a rewarding, award-winning culture.

Qualifications

• Professional Cookery qualification (Level 3-4) or proven experience.
• Passion for ethically sourced produce and delivering quality on the plate.
• Ability to lead a section and fellow chefs with strong timekeeping and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the kitchen and organise workload for the brigade.
• Delegate tasks to junior chefs and deputise for Head Chef when needed.
• Demonstrate innovation and support with menu design.
• Motivate the team and maintain high standards under pressure.
