Job summary

Reeson Education is recruiting a qualified Secondary Maths Teacher for a specialist SEN school in Chiswick, West London. You will plan and deliver accessible Maths lessons to KS3–KS4 pupils, adapting the curriculum to meet diverse learning needs and using ICT where appropriate.

The role is full-time, temp-to-perm, starting September, working with teaching assistants and specialist staff to monitor progress and support pupils in developing mathematical and functional skills.

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification is essential.
• Experience teaching Maths at secondary level is required.
• Experience in SEN or a specialist setting is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver Maths lessons across KS3/KS4 in a SEN setting.
• Adapt lessons to meet a range of additional learning needs.
• Use ICT and basic technology to support learning.
• Monitor progress and contribute to individual learning plans.
