Job summary

RTX in Fareham is seeking a Design & Assessment Specialist to lead the learner experience in a major Royal Navy training transformation. You will apply instructional design expertise and learning systems to shape high-quality courses and assessments.

You will collaborate with Training Designers, Courseware Developers and Media Developers, coach teams, and drive innovative methods such as gamification and simulation. The role is onsite with potential for flexible working depending on role.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills at all levels.
• Experience in development and delivery of training courses.
• Experience in training design, courseware development and media development environments.

Responsibilities

• Adapt training materials using active learning approaches.
• Support development of training programmes across technical specialisms.
• Advise on best use of training solutions across platforms.
• Provide instruction to Training Designers and Developers.
• Support accreditation processes and assessments.
