Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support continuous coaching and development, driving restaurant performance and delivering exceptional results.

What You Bring:

  • A positive environment where your team feels cared for and supported, with a focus on nurturing talent and role modeling a coaching culture.
  • Dedication to providing an excellent guest experience, ensuring all dishes meet high standards.
  • Experience maintaining food, health, and safety standards, understanding kitchen financials including gross profit, stock control, and labor costs.
  • Ability to build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and development.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions.
