Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

The Role:

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will coach and develop your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and delivering excellent results.

What We Look For:

• Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, with genuine conversations that ensure your team feels heard and supported
• Experience maintaining high standards in food, health, and safety, and understanding financial aspects like gross profit, stock control, and labour costs
• A commitment to fostering a coaching culture and supporting personal and professional growth
• Problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick decisions on your feet
