N Family Club in Chertsey is seeking an Assistant Educator to support the team in delivering high-quality early years education. You will help bring the N Curriculum to life through responsible planning, play-led learning, and strong child development support.

The role welcomes passion for education, a readiness to undertake induction and training (Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding, and Level 2/3 EY qualifications), and a constructive, proactive attitude.

• Commit to full induction and opportunities for training including Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding and Child Protection, and Level 2/3 EY qualification.

Responsabilités

• Deliver learning through play and the N Curriculum with care.
• Follow daily routine and ensure smooth transitions between meals, naps and play.
• Support planning of innovative, challenging learning experiences for child development.
• Assist with observations, assessments and planning for key children.
• Help supervise mealtimes in line with safety policies.
• Carry out daily health and safety checks and escalate concerns.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
• Embed all policies and procedures into daily practice.
• Keep areas clean and tidy throughout the day.
• Help with day-to-day tasks that keep the nursery running smoothly.
