Role involves delivering D&T across KS3/KS4, ensuring safety in workshop environments, and managing practical projects. Start is September; DBS check required, and you must be able to commute to Chester area.

Qualifications

• UK Qualified Teacher Status and a relevant degree.
• Thorough understanding of the UK National Curriculum for D&T across KS3 and KS4, including health and safety awareness.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
• Location based in or commutable to Chester and surrounding Cheshire West areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver practical and theoretical D&T lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Flexibly cover daily supply, short-term and long-term placements across Chester schools.
• Foster safe, structured workshop environments and supervise CAD/CAM activities.
• Maintain high standards of health and safety and guide coursework and projects.
