Randstad UK is seeking reliable support staff for immediate classroom roles across Chester. You will work with secondary students, supporting KS3/KS4, and lead small-group revision sessions in core subjects. A DBS Update Service check (or willingness to apply) is required.

Roles include 1:1 mentoring, invigilator duties during mock exams, and flexible day-to-day supply with weekly pay via PAYE. Competitive pay and ongoing CPD opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supporting 11-16-year-olds in school, care, or community settings.
• DBS on the Update Service (or ready to apply).
• Strong classroom management and mentoring skills.

Responsabilités

• Keeping KS3 and KS4 classrooms focused and productive alongside subject teachers.
• Running targeted, small-group revision and catch-up sessions in core subjects.
• Providing 1:1 support for students who benefit from a grounded, mentor-style approach.
• Assisting during mock exam blocks as an invigilator, reader, or scribe.

Secondary schools across Chester-from Upton and Hoole out to Blacon and Handbridge-need reliable support staff for immediate classroom roles across CH1, CH2, and CH4.
