Job summary

Staffline in Ashford is hiring an Innovation Team Administrator to join the Implementation team. The role is full-time, with fixed hours from 9am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, offering on-site support and development training.

You will identify cost-saving opportunities and drive product innovation by turning ideas into practical factory processes, while maintaining project plans, trackers and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Excellent Excel skills and highly organized approach.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of GMP, food safety standards and supply chain basics.

Responsibilities

• Track and support on project progress, milestones, costs and post-launch metrics.
• Update factory documentation (SOPs, line specifications, work instructions).
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and milestones within budget.
• Update trackers (Excel), line standards (Word) and take notes from calls/meetings.
• Update trial calendar (Excel), data sheets (Excel) and other project documents.
