Job summary

Staffline is recruiting an Innovation Team Administrator in Ashford to support the Implementation team to turn new ideas into practical processes within the factory.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, high organization, and clear communication, with a 9:00-17:30 schedule Monday to Friday. On-site canteen, free parking, and full training are provided, with pay at £16.82 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Track and support project progress, milestones, costs, and post-launch performance metrics.
• Create and update factory documentation such as line specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Updating project trackers (Excel), line standards (Word) and taking notes from calls and meetings.

Great opportunity to work as a Innovation Team Administrator for our client, which makes dry and instant meals, famously, including well-known brands!

Staffline is recruiting Innovation Team Administrators in Ashford.

The rate of pay is £16.82 per hour.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, Monday to Friday, and the hours of work are:

• 9am to 5:30pm

Your Time at Work

As a Innovation Team Administrator you will work within the Implementation team to identify cost saving opportunities and product innovation turning new ideas into practical processes within the factory.

Some of the tasks involve:

• Track and support on project progress, key milestones, costs, and post-launch performance metrics
• Support the creation and update of factory documentation such as line specifications, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and work instructions
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Updating project trackers (Excel), line standards (Word) and taking notes from calls and meetings.
• Updating trial calendar (Excel), data sheets (Excel) and other project documentation.
