Job summary

MBDA is seeking a maternity cover to lead the Innovation & Future Technologies (IFT) UK, including Watch & Open Innovation. The role offers a salary of around £35,000 and a hybrid working pattern blending onsite and remote work, subject to workload.

The post reports to the Head of Group Future Technologies Watch & Innovation UK and provides support to key IFT and UK initiatives, ensuring delivery of MBDA's UK innovation agenda.

• Strong communication skills at all levels, including senior leaders.
• Experience in international environments with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of the IFT strategy and MBDA Innovation activities.
• Lead the IFT UK operating model implementation.
• Coordinate engagements with domestic and international stakeholders.
• Maintain alignment of IFT communications and engagement agenda.
• Lead special projects and high-priority initiatives as required.
