Nesta's Challenge Works invites an Operations Manager to lead financial and operational processes for a 12-month maternity cover in London. The role reports to the Head of Operations and collaborates with Programme, Communications and Research teams, plus Finance and People.

With 30 hours per week, hybrid work, and a salary of £50,700–£67,800 pro rata, you’ll drive budgeting, reporting, and process improvements to ensure smooth delivery of challenges that spark innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing budgets and financial reporting.
• Ability to implement and improve operational processes.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage CW finances through programmes and proposals with budget variances.
• Oversee central budget, income, expenditure, and invoices.
• Improve financial monitoring with Nesta Finance for grant management.
