Job summary

Digital Catapult is seeking an Innovation Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of innovation projects at the UK Digital Twin Centre. You will apply design thinking, lean startup and agile methods to drive delivery and continuous improvement.

You will mentor junior colleagues, build strong cross-sector relationships with government, industry and academia, and report progress to management while mitigating risks. This role emphasizes collaboration and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex innovation projects or programmes.
• Practical knowledge of innovation frameworks (design thinking, lean startup, agile).
• Strong relationship-building, mentoring and collaboration skills.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities; able to manage risks.
