Job summary

Bristol NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Innovation Programme Manager to join the team on a fixed-term maternity cover. You will help shape innovation across the organisation, supporting processes, partnerships and programmes to identify, evaluate, adopt and scale improvements that benefit patients and staff.

You will work with clinical and non-clinical teams, leaders, patients and external partners to translate ideas into practical change, contribute to business cases and assurance processes,

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
• Formal training in innovation, improvement, project/programme management, or change management.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation, funding, governance, IP and implementation of innovations; shaping business cases and assurance processes.
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical teams, leaders, patients and external partners to translate ideas into practical change.
