Newcastle University is seeking an experienced Innovation and Engagement Senior Manager to join Newcastle Innovations. You will connect academia, industry and government, turning priorities into high‑quality programmes and partnerships that deliver societal impact.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, develop innovation roadmaps and manage complex bids, reporting to senior partners and embedding open, mission‑led practices across the university.

Qualifications

• Experience in innovation management, strategic planning or knowledge exchange in higher education or related sector.
• Proven track record of developing complex innovation activities or proposals.
• Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.
