Job summary

Leadership Skills Foundation is seeking an Innovation Officer to design engaging learning resources and support co-design workshops with young people and tutors. You will help shape learning journeys and collaborate with partners to improve programmes and platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience creating engaging, accessible learning resources across digital and print.
• Experience supporting co-design with young people, tutors, partners and colleagues.
• Ability to improve services, programmes and platforms through iteration.

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of learning programmes through visual design and multimedia resources.
• Support co-design and participation with young people, course deliverers, partners and colleagues.
• Support continuous improvement of our service, programmes and platforms.
• Create engaging and accessible learning resources across digital and print formats.
• Design multimedia assets including infographics, presentations, interactive e-learning, video and animation.
