Leadership Skills Foundation is seeking an Innovation Officer to design engaging learning resources and support co-design with young people, tutors, partners and colleagues. The role covers developing new skill programmes for schools and communities, and improving learner and customer journeys.

You will work within a small, collaborative team, contribute to partnerships with Sport England and other stakeholders, and help ensure outputs are accessible and aligned with brand standards.

• Experience in visual design and multimedia resource creation.
• Experience with co-design and participation with young people, course tutors, partners and colleagues.
• Experience improving services, programmes and platforms.

• Design and develop learning programmes through visual design and multimedia resources.
• Support co-design and participation with young people, tutors, partners and colleagues.
• Support continuous improvement of our service, programmes and platforms.
• Create engaging, accessible learning resources for digital and print formats.
• Produce multimedia assets including infographics, presentations, e-learning and simple video.
• Write clear guidance to support learners and tutors along their journey.
• Prepare impact reports and insight summaries to inform development.
• Maintain brand standards and inclusive learning design across outputs.
• Collaborate with experts to ensure resources are accurate and fit for purpose.
