Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences PLC in Liverpool is seeking an NPI Manager to lead the Fluids NPI team and drive the industrialisation of new ink products from development to full-scale manufacturing.

You will collaborate with R&D, procurement, quality and manufacturing to ensure robust, scalable products and to enable world-wide launches. The role requires strong leadership, analytical thinking and a passion for process improvement.

Qualifications

• We are seeking a commercially minded Process or Chemical Engineer with manufacturing, automation and product industrialisation experience.
• Experience specifying, evaluating, and delivering automated manufacturing equipment.
• Strong focus on process safety and cross-functional project leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Fluids New Product Introduction (NPI) team.
• Deliver new products to launch on time, within budget, with scale-up plans.
• Transfer new ink products from development to full-scale manufacturing.
• Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing to ensure design for efficient production.
• Identify and implement automation and process improvements.
• Ensure SOPs and GMP standards are met.
• Support introduction and commissioning of new manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain high standards of quality, housekeeping, health, safety and compliance.
