Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences is seeking a Product Manager – Fluids to maximise profitability of the existing portfolio and shape requirements for future products. You will balance in-life performance with identifying new market opportunities, working with external stakeholders and sharing global insights to create value.

The role is in a dynamic, multinational environment with flexible homeworking; you can work from home or on site, while collaborating to deliver strong outcomes for customers.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or able to demonstrate a high level of technical understanding, or relevant experience in product management or a related field.
• Customer-focused, with a strong commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs
• Results-driven, with the motivation and resilience to achieve objectives and deliver outcomes
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing
• Adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Technically competent, with the ability to engage effectively in discussions with both internal technical teams and external customers
• Willing to travel internationally when required (approximately 3 weeks per year) to support customer and regional business engagement

Responsibilities

• Optimise a complex product portfolio to maximise customer value, business performance, and profitability.
• Identify and assess new market growth opportunities with external partners and stakeholders.
• Lead market requirement definition and business case development for new product innovations.
• Drive go-to-market strategies and product launches across target sectors and regions.
• Deliver commercial training and expert guidance on product positioning, pricing, and market success.
• Manage the product lifecycle to maximise returns and ensure an efficient, sustainable portfolio.
• Monitor global product performance, analyse key metrics, and implement actions to drive growth.
• Collaborate with channel managers and cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication, support, and project delivery
