Qualifications
- Experience in product management or business development is preferred.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 3 weeks/year).
Responsibilities
- Optimise a complex product portfolio to maximise value and profitability.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities with external partners.
- Lead market requirement definition and business case for new products.
- Drive go-to-market strategies and launches across sectors and regions.
- Deliver commercial training and guidance on product positioning and pricing.
- Manage product lifecycle to maximise returns and ensure sustainability.
- Monitor global product performance and drive growth actions.
- Collaborate with channel managers and cross-functional teams.
