Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences in Liverpool is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Engineer to support the Ink Plant. The role focuses on mechanical maintenance with opportunities to develop electrical skills through training.

You will lead maintenance tasks, support production, mentor apprentices, and contribute to SHEQ compliance, 6S/LEAN initiatives, and site CMMS activities. A proactive problem-solver who communicates well will thrive here.

Responsibilities

• Ensure full SHEQ compliance and permit-to-work adherence
• Lead continuous improvement via Visual Management, 6S and LEAN
• Complete planned maintenance on time and to schedule
• Provide production support, fault finding and small project management
• Mentor Engineering Apprentices and support their development
• Maintain the site maintenance system and provide analysis
• Act as Mechanical or Electrical lead within the team
