Job summary

Domino Printing Sciences in Liverpool is seeking a Planning and Materials Lead to manage and coach the planning and materials teams, ensuring a smooth flow of materials across the business from raw materials to production planning.

You will coordinate suppliers, optimise the supply chain and drive continuous improvements of KPIs such as OTIF, fluid availability, stock turns and scrap reduction.

Qualifications

• Ideally educated to degree level or have relevant experience.
• Proven experience in supply chain or operations environment is essential.
• Proven people management experience that can drive success.
• Proficiency in MS Office and data extraction/analysis tools (MS Access, Excel, TM1, Oracle, Discoverer, Minitab).
• ERP competence such as Oracle (preferred), SAP or similar systems.
• CIPS or CILT qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and materials teams and coach staff.
• Ensure smooth flow of materials from raw materials to production planning.
• Coordinate suppliers and optimise the supply chain.
• Drive continuous improvements of KPIs (OTIF, fluid availability, stock turns, scrap reduction).
• Contribute to career development and team effectiveness.
