ASC Connections in Telford is seeking an Injection Moulding Technician to support the efficient running of moulding machines, automation equipment and related equipment on a fast-paced production line. You will be responsible for setting up, tuning tools, resolving process issues, and performing preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.

Qualifications

• Experience in plastic injection moulding and process fault-finding.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of moulding and production issues.
• Experience maintaining moulding machinery and automation equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Set conditions and change tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and process issues.
• Perform preventative and basic maintenance activities.
• Support machine uptime and respond to breakdowns.
• Collaborate with Maintenance to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
