Impact Recruitment Services is recruiting a Machine Operator for a Corby-based injection moulding operation. This weekend day shift role (Thu-Sun, 06:00–18:00) offers a temp-to-perm pathway and £13.50 per hour.

You will monitor machines, handle finished products and perform basic quality checks in a hands-on production environment. Ideal candidates will have manufacturing experience, be reliable for weekend work, and able to work on their feet while following safety procedures and team

Responsibilities

• Monitor injection moulding machines during production.

• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Follow site procedures and health and safety requirements.

Are you a Machine Operator looking for regular weekend work with the opportunity to earn extra money through additional shifts? Do you have manufacturing or production experience and enjoy working in a hands-on role where quality, reliability and consistency are important? This could be an excellent opportunity to join an established injection moulding business in Corby.

Impact Recruitment are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business specialising in injection moulding. They are looking for a Machine Operator to join their production team on a temp-to-perm basis, working a consistent weekend day shift. The role involves monitoring machines, handling finished products and carrying out basic quality checks, with the option to pick up additional shifts during the week.

Location: Corby

Shift: Thursday - Sunday, 06:00 - 18:00

Pay: £13.50 per hour

Contract: Temp to perm

Duties

• Monitor and mind injection moulding machines during production.
• Remove finished products from machines.
• Carry out basic visual quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Pack finished products ready for the next stage of production.
• Monitor machine performance and report any faults or issues.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment.
• Follow site procedures and health and safety requirements.

Desirable

• Previous injection moulding or machine-minding experience.
• Experience carrying out visual quality checks and packing finished products.
• Availability to work additional shifts on Fridays or Mondays.
