Job summary

Industrious Recruitment Limited in the United Kingdom is seeking an Injection Moulding General Operative to support the production team. You will operate machinery, handle moulded parts and help maintain smooth running of the process.

You will work to high quality, safety and efficiency standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, performing assembly tasks, quality checks and recording production data.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Experience with injection moulding machines is advantageous but training is provided.
• Basic math and literacy skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor cycle times and machine performance; report faults promptly.
• Assemble components and perform secondary operations (trimming, deburring, drilling, tapping, ultrasonic welding).
• Visually inspect parts for defects and ensure accurate production paperwork.
