Thorn Baker Industrial Recruitment are seeking an Injection Mould Tool Setter for an Ilkeston based role. The position offers a day shift (Mon-Fri) with immediate start and a starting salary up to £33k, depending on skills and experience.

You will set up tools, perform changes, and help maintain high-quality plastic components while working in a small, supportive team within a well-established brand.

Formación

• Experience as an injection moulding setter is required.
• Experience working with BOY and/or Negri machines is required.
• Able to perform tool changes and set up production tools.
• Reliable and a strong team player.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out tool, material and colour changes within an injection moulding environment.
• Set up and operate state‑of‑the‑art machines.
• Collaborate with internal customers to ensure quality and on‑time delivery.
• Be proactive in supporting colleagues and improving productivity.
