Job summary

Optima UK Inc Ltd in the Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire Border area is recruiting an experienced Injection Moulding Tool Setter. You will carry out mould changes, set and adjust machine parameters, and support daily production to maintain high quality standards.

The role requires hands-on expertise in injection moulding, attention to process control, and the ability to troubleshoot tooling issues. This is a permanent, full-time position with day shifts and a early finish on Fridays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in injection moulding machine setting.
• Confidence carrying out mould changes and machine start-ups.
• Good understanding of injection moulding processes.
• Ability to identify and resolve production and quality issues.
• Good mechanical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently in a production environment.

Hours: Days, Monday to Friday
