Job summary

HCLTech is looking for an experienced Process Engineer in Greater London to optimize manufacturing operations with a specialization in injection molding processes. The role encompasses ensuring production readiness, troubleshooting machinery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and robust experience in manufacturing operations. The position also involves leading teams and engaging in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in injection molding and manufacturing operations.
• Expertise in Manufacturing, Quality, CAPA, and Lean methodologies.
• Good knowledge of process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production readiness by coordinating equipment and materials.
• Troubleshoot injection molding machines and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Monitor and calibrate critical process parameters like flow, pressure, and temperature.
• Track and analyze KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve process issues.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Manage non-conformance reports and support demand-based forecasting.
