• Good knowledge of process validation (IQ, OQ, PQ) and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production readiness by coordinating equipment and materials.
• Troubleshoot injection molding machines and coordinate preventive maintenance.
• Monitor and calibrate critical process parameters like flow, pressure, and temperature.
• Track and analyze KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Perform root cause analysis to resolve process issues.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Manage non-conformance reports and support demand-based forecasting.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support and optimize manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on injection molding processes. The role involves ensuring production readiness, driving process improvements, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure daily production readiness by coordinating equipment, consumables, and raw materials as per the production schedule.
• Troubleshoot injection molding machines and ABB robotic systems; coordinate preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Monitor and calibrate critical process parameters such as flow, pressure, and temperature.
• Track and analyze KPIs (OEE, yield, cycle time, throughput) and identify improvement opportunities across manufacturing processes.
• Perform root cause analysis (5 Why, Fishbone) to resolve process issues and reduce scrap.
• Manage non-conformance reports (NRs) and support demand-based forecasting of consumables.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives for continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage vendors for consumables and support sourcing activities.
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to deliver operational and project goals.

• Expertise in Manufacturing, Quality, CAPA, and Lean methodologies.

• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and engineering projects.
