Job summary

Intersurgical is seeking an experienced Injection Moulding Specialist to drive continuous improvement and support the introduction and transfer of moulding technologies across our global sites. You will provide technical guidance, training and hands-on coaching to engineering and production teams to optimise performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in injection moulding process optimisation.
• Injection Moulding Machine Specification knowledge.
• Knowledge and understanding of thermoplastic materials, process optimisation, mould tooling, DFM, FMEA, validation.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement in injection moulding processes.
• Support transfer and validation of new moulds, machines, and processes.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching and hands-on training to teams.
