Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or higher in aerospace, mechanical, electrical engineering, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in aerospace certification, specifically initial airworthiness.
• Comprehensive understanding of airworthiness regulations (EASA CS, UK CAA CAP, etc.).
• Experience in certification planning, compliance assessment, and documentation preparation.
• Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication for regulatory work.
• Experience managing multiple tasks to tight deadlines in a project environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement certification plans and strategies for initial airworthiness.
• Analyse and interpret airworthiness standards and regulations to ensure full compliance.
• Review designs, test plans, and reports to verify conformity with certification requirements.
• Coordinate with design, test, quality, and production teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare and present technical reports and certification documentation for regulatory submission.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and certification reviews by regulatory bodies.
• Monitor and track certification progress, identify risks and mitigation measures.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in airworthiness regulations and industry practices.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to certification processes.
