Job summary

Premier Jobs UK Ltd in Lancashire seeks a Financial Advisor to take over an established client bank in Chorley or Burnley. Base salary around £75,000 plus £10,000 annual bonus, with back-office support and a focus on retirement drawdown and inheritance tax planning.

You will manage ~120 private client households with ~£40m FuM, delivering trusted financial planning with a flexible hybrid working pattern, combining office, home, and client visits.

Qualifications

Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent.
Proven background advising private clients.
Strong rapport-building and long-term client retention skills.
Experience advising on retirement income and inheritance tax.
Track record of organic business development and client servicing.

Responsibilities

Manage and service an assigned portfolio of approximately 120 client households.
Conduct regular annual reviews focusing on drawdown strategies and inheritance tax planning.
Oversee circa £40m in funds under management with full back-office support.
Deliver straightforward, high-rapport advice without heavy technical or complex structuring demands.
Generate new business through organic growth.
