Job summary

Ortus PSR Ltd in Derby, Derbyshire, seeks an experienced Financial Adviser to take over an established client bank and grow it toward ownership. You will manage circa 80 clients from day one, with strong planning opportunities across retirement, investments and tax-aware planning.

The role offers a defined route to ownership over the next four to five years, plus share options and hybrid working. Expect earnings around £100,000 with a basic salary up to £80,000.

Qualifications

• FCA-recognised qualification and a current SoPS are required.
• Strong track record as a Financial Adviser with client-facing experience.
• Solid knowledge across retirement planning, investments and tax-aware planning, including complex/HNW cases.

Responsibilities

• Take over and develop a portfolio of circa 80 established clients.
• Deliver holistic financial planning across retirement, investments and tax-aware planning.
• Conduct client meetings, ongoing reviews and build long-term relationships with private and HNW clients.
• Identify additional planning opportunities within the client bank.
• Win new clients through referrals and networking.
• Produce high-quality suitability documentation and maintain compliant records.
• Support the growth of the business toward ownership.
