B. Braun Group is seeking an Associate Clinical Educator to deliver clinical training across our Infusion Therapy portfolio in the UK.

The role is field-based with travel and aims to support product implementation and customer education while driving business growth. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, lead clinical activities, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Qualified healthcare professional with current clinical experience (e.g. RGN, Midwife, Paramedic, Nursing Associate or equivalent).
• Strong presentation and clinical training skills with confidence to educate customers pre- and post-sale.
• Excellent communication skills to build trusted relationships with internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, stay flexible and adapt to changing needs.
• Supportive team player, willing to collaborate and help colleagues.
• Intermediate IT skills to support training delivery, documentation and communication.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical product training and educational support across the Infusion Therapy portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders across your territory.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to support clinical objectives and business growth.
• Lead and support product trials, evaluations, implementations and account protection activities.
• Share customer insights to support account development and identify opportunities.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical knowledge and product expertise while promoting B. Braun.
