The role is field-based with travel and aims to support product implementation and customer education while driving business growth. The successful candidate will build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, lead clinical activities, and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Qualified healthcare professional with current clinical experience (e.g. RGN, Midwife, Paramedic, Nursing Associate or equivalent).
• Strong presentation and clinical training skills with confidence to educate customers pre- and post-sale.
• Excellent communication skills to build trusted relationships with internal teams and external customers.
• Ability to work under pressure, stay flexible and adapt to changing needs.
• Supportive team player, willing to collaborate and help colleagues.
• Intermediate IT skills to support training delivery, documentation and communication.
• Full UK driving licence.

We're looking for a motivated, clinically experienced healthcare professional to join us as an Associate Clinical Educator within our Hospital Care division on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave. In this customer-facing role, you'll provide clinical product training and educational support across our Infusion Therapy portfolio, working closely with customers and sales teams to support product implementation, customer education, and business growth. You'll build strong relationships across your territory, lead clinical activities that support our commercial strategy, and help customers get the most from our products and solutions. Key Details

• Job Title: Interim Associate Clinical Educator
• Department: Clinical Therapy Services
• Location: Field Based – North Central UK (M62 Corridor). The successful candidate will ideally be based within the Leeds, Huddersfield, or Greater Manchester area.

Regular travel across the designated territory is required, with flexibility to support other regions where needed. Occasional overnight stays may be required.

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week. Flexibility may be required to meet customer and business needs.
• Contract: Permanent

Your Main Responsibilities
