Qualifications

Background in nursing or a similar field.
Good understanding of the pharma market and local health service environment.
Technical knowledge of Multiple Sclerosis – experience preferred but not essential.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
High level of business planning, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to conduct face‑to‑face presentations to customers.
Highly motivated with drive and determination to succeed and willingness to adapt to change.
Dynamic self‑starter with influential skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships.
Commercial, regulatory and technical awareness.
Ability to navigate a large multi‑disciplinary geography (up to 70% travel).
Valid driving licence.

Responsibilities

Assist specialist customers in a secondary care environment to increase knowledge and advocacy of assigned brands in MS.
Provide education to health care professionals on proper administration of designated treatments for MS.
Support healthcare professionals to inform patients and support informed decision making along the patient journey.
