Job summary

United Infrastructure Group is seeking a skilled Recruitment Resourcer in Wakefield to support end-to-end recruitment across our infrastructure teams. You will work with Recruitment Business Partners and hiring managers to source, screen and engage high-quality candidates, building strong talent pools and ensuring a smooth interview process.

The role emphasizes proactive candidate sourcing, stakeholder collaboration and continuous improvement of our recruitment practices.

Qualifications

• Experience within recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition or a similar role.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates rather than relying solely on applications.
• Experience screening and shortlisting candidates against role requirements.
• Confidence communicating with candidates at different levels of seniority.
• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and online job boards to identify candidates.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates across vacancies using a range of channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, direct sourcing).
• Screen and shortlist candidates against role requirements and provide clear candidate information to hiring managers.
• Attend vacancy briefing meetings to understand the position and required skills.
• Support recruitment activity across multiple vacancies and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Build and maintain talent pools for frequently recruited roles and keep candidate records up to date.
• Coordinate interviews and assist with recruitment administration and candidate communications.
• Identify new ways to attract talent and improve candidate experience and recruitment processes.
