Job summary

Global Resourcing is seeking a Systems Analyst to support, administer, and maintain the core IT Operations infrastructure for our customer. The role covers server platforms, identity and directory services, DNS, DHCP, PKI, virtualization, backup, patching, and related cloud services.

You will provide 2nd and 3rd line infrastructure support, assisting with installation, maintenance, monitoring and continual improvement of the infrastructure services across the estate.

Qualifications

• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Experience with PKI/ADCS infrastructure.
• Experience with server hardware and virtualization.
• Experience with backup, patching, monitoring, and recovery processes.
• Experience with Intune and M365 infrastructure.
• Experience with SQL and System Centre.
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with proxy services and related security platforms.

Responsibilities
