2. Responsible for incident, change, and problem management, as well as capacity planning. Ability to plan and execute disaster recovery.
3. Backup management and health checks: monitor backup jobs, schedules, logs, and ensure successful backups.
4. Perform storage health checkups.

6. Check controller mirroring configuration status via console.
