Job summary

Ecs Resource Group is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Solutions Architect to join a leading organisation and shape enterprise infrastructure across a broad technology estate.

You'll work across Cloud, Hosting, Compute, Storage, Networking, Identity, Security and Operations, translating business and technical requirements into robust, scalable architectures.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure/AWS and hybrid cloud environments.
• Compute, storage, virtualization, hosting and datacentre technologies.
• Enterprise networking including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wi‑Fi and cloud connectivity.
• Infrastructure security, IAM and Zero Trust principles.
• Producing and presenting HLDs, LLDs, OSDs and architecture decisions.
• Cloud migration, infrastructure modernisation or transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence engineering, delivery and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and technical requirements into robust, scalable architectures.
• Collaborate across Cloud, Hosting, Compute, Storage, Networking, Identity, Security and Operational Services to shape solutions.
• Present architectural decisions and roadmaps to senior leadership and delivery teams.

You'll work across Cloud, Hosting, Compute, Storage, Networking, EUC, Identity, Security and Operational Services, translating business and technical requirements into robust, scalable and supportable architectures.

Key experience:

• Azure / AWS and hybrid cloud environments
• Compute, storage, virtualisation, hosting and datacentre technologies
• Enterprise networking including LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi and cloud connectivity
• Infrastructure security, IAM and Zero Trust principles
• Producing and presenting HLDs, LLDs, OSDs and architecture decisions
• Cloud migration, infrastructure modernisation or transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence engineering, delivery and senior leadership

Desirable: TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS certification, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps/automation or FinOps experience.
