Job summary

United Infrastructure is seeking a Quality Administrator to join the Planning & Performance Team in Port Solent with infrequent site visits. You will validate data, administer reporting on joint quality, drawings, pipe tests and chlorination, and prepare handover packs and safety files for post-completion handovers.

The role supports the Delivery Team and Supply Chain, ensuring process compliance and accurate documentation while helping to drive safe, on-schedule project delivery and successful

Qualifications

• Experience in a quality assurance role is beneficial.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of subcontracts and installation techniques is helpful.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good administrative and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sub-contractor administration & correspondence
• Effective data capture and reporting
• Collation, verification, administration and weekly checks
• Liaison with sub-contractors
• Ensure work compliance against processes and procedures
• Liaising with Delivery Team and internal and external Supply Chain
• Assisting in preparing for audits
• Effective time management to keep pace with programmes of work
• Behavioural safety and subcontractor procurement aligned with UI H&S principles
