Infrastructure Project Officer needed in Barnsley, £15.84ph PAYE – Reference: 0009 F7FB / 1

This role involves assisting in the management of infrastructure projects related to physical infrastructure, large-scale information systems, or large buildings. The responsibilities include:

  1. Supporting project management tasks, coordinating resources to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  2. Planning and managing projects within a formal framework.
  3. Providing advice and guidance to stakeholders, communicating key milestones and information.
  4. Maintaining project risk registers and resolving issues.
  5. Supporting performance management, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
  6. Identifying and implementing processes, technology, and systems to improve project delivery.
  7. Managing a library of project documents and information.
  8. Preparing reports and presentations.
  9. Collaborating with stakeholders including managers, employees, councillors, and partners.
  10. Staying informed on local and national developments relevant to projects.
  11. Ensuring compliance with health, safety, legal, statutory, and financial regulations.
  12. Performing additional duties as required by management.

This is a full-time role on a temporary contract basis. EU work permit is required. Location: Barnsley, United Kingdom.
