Job summary

Turner & Townsend is recruiting a Project Controls Manager to oversee infrastructure projects in London and the South East. You will lead the programme controls, ensure accurate cost and schedule reporting, and implement GRIP-aligned control processes.

Ideal candidates will have strong scheduling and data analysis skills, experience with Primavera P6 and MS Office, and a background in engineering, procurement or construction management. This role is full-time and based in London.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering, monitoring and reviewing planning and scheduling functions in field and home office environments.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with PC operating systems and basic software applications; familiarity with engineering, procurement and construction processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Project Controls across infrastructure projects in London.
• Lead the programme controls function for a programme with cost, schedule, safety and reporting oversight.
• Establish control processes in line with GRIP guidance and allocate resources effectively.
• Review new project proposals and develop resource plans for delivery.
• Provide day-to-day reporting on plans, costs, safety, environment and performance.
• Ensure data input meets required data standards and manage Investment Plan production.
